Forget OO in PHP.
Forget OO in PHP.: "I am an OO person, been doing Java for a long long time, lectured in Masters-level Enterprise Java at University for several years, but I am the first person to say that OO is not the answer to all problems. A language like PHP melds procedural concepts with OO and I think the hardest part about learning OO in PHP (and let�s face it, it�s a pretty tricky concept to grok completely) is deciding when not to use OO. "
