ln -s /usr/local/pgsql/share/java/postgresql.jar /usr/local/tomcat/common/lib/postgresql.jar
I use the dbcp-commons connection pool.
This is in /usr/local/tomcat/webapps/mywebapp/WEB-INF/web.xml
